I agree to put your interests first; before sellers, before buyers and even before my own interests while representing you in the search and purchase of a home. I will hold what you reveal to me as confidential, and will communicate truthfully with you as my client.
I ask for your loyalty and trust; to communicate openly, to identify to others that I represent you; and in short, to use me as your buyer’s agent if my service to you results in you purchasing a home.
As your buyer representative, I will:
- Help you identify and clarify your wants, needs and interests.
- Offer to assist you in obtaining pre-approved financing.
- Search with you, from all sources, for homes that interest you.
- Schedule appointments for showings and obtain data on homes you wish to see.
- Complete an independent price analysis of a home prior to you making an offer.
- Prepare a written purchase contract as an offer on a home you wish to purchase.
- Prepare with you a buying strategy during the offer to obtain your best advantage.
- Personally present your offer and aggressively negotiate your interests.
- Effectively coordinate all inspections and negotiate needed corrections.
- Monitor and communicate the status of contract contingencies for execution.
- Secure professional title company service to protect your ownership interests.
- Obtain and review with you all costs and transaction details prior to closing.
- Personally attend the closing to represent your interests.
Working effectively as a team, meeting your wants, needs and interests, is the way to a satisfactory purchase for you. It is only then that I have earned any pay from the seller’s sales commission as the buyer’s representative. I promise you my dedicated support to that end, and ask for your loyalty as a reward to my service.
